I worked on this one a while ago but saved it for release on this special day!
My personal progression has been to use more dynamic lighting in my paintings, and while this was intended to just be a sketch, I couldn't bring myself to stop painting. I love the character, and I highly recommend that if you do too then read the book "Queen's Shadow."
